- In-depth Interviews and Candidate selection: (only pre-screened, qualified candidates will be submitted)

Recruiting Department Assessments
Cost will depend on size of department and complexity of Assessment.
This will impact skills, time management, cost to fill, time to fill, and communication with internal clients, candidates, and vendors.
Training
Cost will depend on type of training we engage in and the length of the training needed.
Prior to any Training we conduct a Training Needs Assessment and Skills Assessment to pin point areas of need. These initial steps are usually conducted during the Recruiting Dept. Assessment.
Contract/Hourly Services - For an individual search or for selected services on an “as needed” basis

Including: phone interviews, reference checks, sourcing & recruiting.
There is a small subsequent fee for successfully placing candidates while recruiting on an hourly basis. Our hourly fee plus subsequent placement fee never exceeds 25% of the candidate’s first years base salary and most often is a more economical solution for a company that is looking for multiple sales or engineering hires.
