Q: What happens to my resume after I send it?

A: If you are applying to a specific position we will let you know if your background is what we are looking for and talk about next steps.  If you do not fit the specifications we will keep your resume on file – it will go in our searchable database and may be pulled for future opportunities.

Q: Will my information remain confidential?

A: Yes.  We will only send your information to a client after discussing a position with you to make sure it is a fit for your experiences and you are interested.

Q: Do Candidates ever pay anything for your services?

A: No. All of our services are employer paid. 

Q: Can you help a candidate find a job?

A: If a candidate does not fit any or our current openings we can offer advice on other avenues to aid them in their search.
